My washer developed a leak weeks ago and i delayed getting it sorted because of previous bad experiences elsewhere. I needn't have worried. Rang Brad at BMT Weds afternoon. He came out first thing Thursday, diagnosed the problem . Fully explained the fault and why it would be better to replace the machine. Went away and within 15 mins had sent details of a replacement, once i agreed he was straight back with the machine, installed it and took the old machine away and all at a very reasonable cost. I can't praise his service and approach to customer satisfaction enough. Deserves more than 5 stars!
Came within an hour of me ringing the shop. The door on my washer wouldn't open. The problem was the door catch had broken inside so it was never going to open. Brad went back to the shop to get the relevant parts and came right back to fix it. Excellent service. I would certainly recommend for any repairs. Thanks.
